PACIFIC RAIL

Inspired by la ancient via railway that connected Buenaventura with Cali. This was mainly used to transport Coal. However, the life of the locals revolved around the lane, since they had their settlements on both sides, generating a means of transportation and marketing their tamarind and borojó crops, main ingredients in our Pacific lane.

FOR HER AND PA 2

Our chocoano-style paella, inspired by the flavors of the Pacific coast and the taste of our ancestors. Unlike the traditional paella, ours has stronger flavors, provided by the herbs from the rooftop, the mandarin lemon and the Choco sausage (delicacy of the gods).
